From our pioneering ice ciders to our non-alcoholic sparkling musts, as well as our award-winning sparkling ciders and orchard canned products, Cidrerie St-Nicolas offers a complete range made from apples grown in our Lévis orchards. All our products are crafted with care, with no compromise on artisanal quality.
St-Nicolas Cidery was the first cidery in the world to market ice cider at the SAQ in 1999. Our two expressions, Glace du Verger and St-Nicolas Ice Cider, are produced by natural cryoextraction from apples grown in our orchards.
Our St-Nicolas Ice Cider has been protected by the IGP Cidre de glace du Québec since 2014. Glace du Verger, made using the same method, is labelled as a sweet cider because its alcohol content is below 7.1%, the threshold required by the IGP to be designated as ice cider.
Five cuvées, several times awarded on the international stage. From the Crémant at 2.8% to the Brut at 8.5%, including the berry-scented Rosé and the Petite Normandie, gold medallist in Chicago in 2015. Our sparkling ciders are welcome at every celebration, from aperitifs to the main table.
Three still ciders for every occasion. Baiser Volé at 2.8% for a light touch, Vire‑Crêpe at 7% for its surprising pairings with sushi and Asian cuisine, L’Esprit des Vergers at 11% for large gatherings and feathered game.

Five preserves made from the fruits of our orchards and our craft ciders. Rose petal and crabapple jelly with ice cider, Fameuse apple jelly, and old-fashioned apple butter. Each jar expresses the concentrated flavour of Québec’s heirloom varieties.
Two cold‑pressed syrups made from our Lévis apples: Honeycrisp for sweetness and Pomme d’Amour for character. Pour over pancakes, yogurt, or ice cream, or use as a base for homemade cocktails. Available in grocery stores.
