Fifteen hectares of orchards on Rang du Fleuve

Located on Rang du Fleuve, on the South Shore near Quebec City, our 15 hectares of orchards occupy a historic apple-growing and horticultural site with a climate ideally suited to fruit cultivation.

Our orchards benefit from an exceptional microclimate. The proximity of the St. Lawrence River moderates temperatures, helps protect against spring frosts and extends the growing season. Apples have been cultivated in this distinctive terroir for more than 200 years. These conditions allow us to grow fruit with firm, naturally sweet flesh, the essential foundation of our ice ciders. Our varieties include McIntosh, Cortland, Spartan and Empire, all harvested at peak ripeness.
