Guided tour:
Discover Cidrerie St-Nicolas in Lévis

What the visit includes

We offer guided group tours lasting approximately one hour. Fees apply, and the experience is suitable for visitors of all ages.

The tour begins with an introduction to the history of cider in Quebec and the story of the Lafond family, who founded the company in 1977.

You will then explore our production facilities, including the press, fermentation room and aging area. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of five craft ciders, including still and sparkling selections.

Ideal for school groups and corporate groups

Our guided tours are especially popular with school groups, from elementary school through college, offering a hands-on way to explore agriculture, food processing and the history of cider-making in Quebec.

For corporate groups, the tour provides an original team-building experience outside the conference room, complete with a tasting. Retiree groups appreciate the relaxed pace and peaceful rural setting.

Organized groups exploring the Chaudière-Appalaches region often include the cidery as a highlight of their regional culinary itinerary.

Extend your stay on the estate

The experience continues after the guided tour. In season, our kiosk offers fresh fruit, pastries and wood-fired pizzas, perfect for a meal on the patio overlooking the orchards. Our shop carries our full range of products, including ice ciders, sparkling ciders, apple musts, jellies and artisanal apple butter.

Many visitors take the opportunity to bring home a few bottles as a delicious reminder of their visit.
