Sparkling ciders

From aperitif to dinner

Our sparkling ciders showcase the diversity of apples from our Lévis orchards in their most festive expression. From the fine, delicate bubbles of the Crémant at 2.8% alcohol to the wine-like character of the Brut at 8.5%, each cuvée offers a distinctive profile for different occasions while remaining firmly rooted in our Quebec terroir. All five products have earned multiple awards at competitions in Chicago and London, as well as at the Coupe des Nations.
